All Technology Transfer Members of techcn.com are solely responsible
for the form, content and accuracy of any information they may
post to techcn.com (the "Content"). You agree that you will
not post any false, inaccurate or incomplete material or delete
or revise any material that was not posted by you. You are responsible
for your own postings and are responsible for the consequences
of your postings. You agree not to do any of the following:
(a) post any material that is copyrighted or trademarked unless
you own the copyright or trademark or have the owner's permission
to post it; (b) post any material that reveals a trade secret,
unless you own the trade secret or have the owner's permission
to post it; (c) post any material that infringes on any intellectual
property right of another or on the privacy or publicity rights
of another; (d) post any material that is unlawful or obscene;
(e) post any advertisement or solicitation of business; (f)
post any pyramid or other scheme designed to defraud; (g) impersonate
another person or entity; or (h) post any material that contains
any type of computer virus.
Access; Passwords
Upon registering with techcn.com, you will receive a password.
You may access and modify your information posted to the site
by using this password. You are solely responsible for any
use of or action taken under your password on techcn.com.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
and security of your password, and you hereby agree not to
disclose your password to any third party (other than third
parties authorized by you to use your account).
Rights to Content
All Technology Transfer Members grant techcn.com a perpetual,
irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free right
and license to use any information you provide to techcn.com.
Application Review Process
Techcn.com will notify you whether your application is approved
within 2 weeks after we received your application.
Posting Duration
Upon the approval of your membership, your company information
will be available to TechcnGlobal Investor Members for the
next 6 months.
Termination
Techcn.com reserves the right to edit, restrict or remove
any content you provide for any reason at any time. Techcn.com
reserves the right to reject your membership application or
to suspend or terminate your access to and use of all or any
portion of this site at any time and for any reason, in its
sole discretion.
