Fees
We charge an annual membership fee of $3,500 per year for up to 10 users. If I agree to renew my membership, this fee will be paid by me at the beginning of each membership year and will extend my membership for 12 months. We are currently offering a free, no obligation one month trial for selected investors.

Cancellation
I understand that techcn.com may cancel my membership at any time, for any or no reason, by notice to me at my email address, and I will be refunded a pro rata portion of my membership fee.

Non-Disclosure
The information posted on techcn.com is only for the confidential, limited use of registered techcn.com Investor Members who have read and accepted the Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.

Responsibilities of Investors
I understand that while techcn.com may have reviewed, edited, or translated company information posted on the web site, my firm and I will not rely on any such review (and techcn.com makes no representations or warranties about the content of the site, express or implied). I understand that I am solely responsible for doing my own due diligence investigation of any companies with which I come into contact through techcn.com. Investor Members are also responsible for complying with all SEC compliance and regulatory issues. Techcn.com encourages all member investors to have qualified legal counsel to advise them.

Compensation
TechcnGlobal Ltd. or its affiliates may be compensated by posted companies for services rendered as may be agreed upon between TechcnGlobal Ltd. and such company. TechcnGlobal Ltd., or affiliates, officers, directors or advisors may have undisclosed financial interests in companies posted. TechcnGlobal Ltd. may be affiliated with investment funds that may invest in certain posted companies.

Passwords
Upon registering with techcn.com, you will receive a password. You are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password on techcn.com. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password, and you hereby agree not to disclose your password to any third party (other than third parties authorized by you to use your account).

Risk Factors
I understand that investing in early stage, privately owned, or non-U.S.-based companies involve a high degree of risk and should be considered only by investors who can afford the loss of their entire investment.
